Let’s talk about elopement days that don’t stick to one scene. Michael and Jordanne wanted it all—mountains, water, and the people they love most—and guess what? They made it happen. An Adirondack summer adventure elopement.
We kicked things off on a mountaintop, with Lake Placid laid out below us like a postcard. It was just the two of them and the breeze. No ceremony yet, just a peaceful moment to take it all in.
Next stop: the river. Low-key, calm. It felt like a gentle pause between chapters before we got to the main part of their day.
And then, the highlight—they met up with their parents in a quiet field, where the actual ceremony unfolded.
The best thing about this day? It flowed exactly how they wanted it to. No timelines that felt forced, no pressure to perform. Just an adventure, wrapped up in all the things that mattered.
