Victoria and Kyle knew a big wedding wasn’t their vibe – they wanted a day that was quiet, cozy, and full of nature (and a little adventure). So, we spent the day with just the two of them at Heart Lake, starting with a sweet lakeside ceremony complete with a handfasting. There were a few happy tears and the kind of quiet that makes you forget the world exists for a bit.
After their vows, we wandered around the lake for some fun shots before hiking up for a mountaintop view that felt straight out of a postcard. The fall colors were doing their thing, and the sunset was absolutely stunning (UNREAL!).
Between wandering the trails, stealing quiet moments by the lake, and racing each other up the mountain, this day was equal parts adventure and connection.
