Carly and Niel’s Lake Placid Lodge elopement was one of those days that reminded us why intimate weddings just hit differently.

From the start, their day felt relaxed and intentional. Lake Placid Lodge set the perfect backdrop with its cozy, tucked-away feel and classic Adirondack charm. Everything about it fit what they were going for – something meaningful, personal, and just a little bit fun.

But the real highlight? Their vows.

Personal vows are kind of the heart of an elopement day, and Carly and Niel really made theirs count. Equal parts sweet and playful, with just the right amount of personality woven in. You could feel how much it meant to them, and yeah… we were definitely smiling (and maybe holding back a couple reactions behind the camera).
